Nikki from Swapnote and Swapdoodle gets illustrated as the first Nintendo illustration of the year!

First illustration with a Nintendo character? Well…this is good to be true in many ways!

I am so lucky that I had only one fair share of creating illustrations based off the games that I play in own spare time but the good thing is that this happens at rare times since I mostly focus on my universe. That’s why last night, after listening to the Swapnote soundtrack two or three times, I decided to draw Nikki, who is the software’s mascot, in my own art style.

While I originally intended to draw it my way, it didn’t fit right due to how I draw the eyes for Nikki, so I decided to keep it original and Nintendo-ish in a way so I won’t have to take time on adding some specific details on her.
